OUR PHONES ARE answered by office personnel from 8:30 A.M. to Noon and 1:30 P.M. 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. If you are calling outside of these hours, please stay on the line in order to leave a voicemail message or to reach our answering service. Our staff makes every effort to return all calls within one hour, in order of medical urgency/priority.

For calls during our scheduled phone times, please inform the receptionist if you are calling with an emergency. Otherwise, it may be necessary to leave a message until our clinical staff is available to return your call. In general, the best time to reach our staff for advice or routing questions is either late morning or early afternoon.
